Infomaniak is an independent Swiss hosting company founded in Geneva in 1994. Its datacentres are in Switzerland, powered with 100% renewable energy, and its activity stays out of the reach of the US Cloud Act. For an SME, a public body or an agency that wants to host mail, documents and websites in a GDPR-compliant and sustainable setup, it is one of the most credible alternatives to the big tech platforms.

LenoIT is an Infomaniak partner. Concretely, we sit between you and the Infomaniak teams: we carry your support requests, we scope integrations, we train your staff, and we run migrations from your existing tools.

What we cover on Infomaniak

• Infomaniak Mail: domain setup, MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, migration from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Exchange or OVH.
• kDrive: storage and sync rollout, folder and permission design, migration from OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox.
• kSuite: collaborative suite (kDrive, kChat, kMeet, shared calendars), change management.
• Web and server hosting: setup or migration of WordPress, e-commerce and PHP/Node applications, DNS and certificate management.
• Swiss Backup: off-site encrypted backup, retention plans tailored to your obligations.
• Public Cloud / Cloud Servers: advice and deployment of instances or object storage when needs go beyond shared hosting.

Our role as a partner

The Infomaniak partner agreement lets LenoIT add a layer of local support you would not get buying direct: understanding of your business context, picking the right bricks, configuration, onboarding, user training, and acting as a relay to Infomaniak support when needed. Billing of Infomaniak services stays between you and Infomaniak; our work is invoiced separately, per day or by fixed price depending on the project.

Local roots, nationwide reach

Based in Vannes, Brittany, we work primarily with organisations in western France: Brittany, Pays de la Loire and Normandy. Most of the work is remote, with on-site days when relevant (server move, group training, audit). We also work elsewhere in France and beyond on request.
